Terms for using geocover.ge and ordering insurance policies, add-ons, support and payment services through GeoCover.

1. General provisions

These Terms govern the use of geocover.ge and services provided by Georgian Express Enterprise LLC, identification number 445834492, operating under the GeoCover brand. GeoCover acts as an insurance intermediary, order support service and digital add-on seller in Georgia.

By using the website, submitting an order, paying for a policy or add-on, or contacting us for support, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

2. Purpose of the site and nature of services

The website provides information and online ordering for insurance products in Georgia, including travel, medical, car/TPL, property and related products, as well as optional add-ons such as eSIM packages where available.

Descriptions, prices, coverage summaries and marketing materials on the website are for user guidance. The final issued insurance policy, insurer terms, coverage limits, exclusions and provider rules control the actual rights and obligations.

3. Procedure for provision of services

The usual process is: choose a plan, select dates and optional add-ons, provide accurate personal and contact data, review the order, choose a payment method, complete payment, and receive the issued policy or digital add-on by email or another supported channel.

Payment may be offered by card through Flitt or Keepz, PayPal, bank transfer, AVOSEND, cryptocurrency or other methods shown at checkout. Some orders may require manual review, insurer approval, corrected data, regenerated payment links, or additional time to retrieve the policy PDF. An issued insurance policy is delivered as a PDF to the email address provided in the order. Where inventory is available, an eSIM is delivered after payment as a QR image and activation-code text.

4. Payments, refunds and limitation of liability

GeoCover makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate information and stable service, but is not responsible for:

  • Insurer decisions, claim handling, coverage denial, exclusions, medical underwriting, policy wording or changes in insurer/provider systems.
  • Incorrect, incomplete or misleading data provided by the user, including passport, birth date, citizenship, trip dates, contact details, guardian data or vehicle data.
  • Temporary unavailability, delays, rejected payments, expired payment links or errors caused by payment providers, banks, insurers, eSIM providers, communication providers or internet service providers.
  • Loss of service or delay caused by force majeure, technical maintenance, cyber incidents, third-party outages or actions outside GeoCover control.
  • Refund limitations set by insurers, payment providers or add-on providers. Digital add-ons such as Cellfie eSIM packages are non-refundable after purchase/delivery unless a mandatory legal rule provides otherwise.
  • A paid and issued insurance policy cannot be cancelled, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
  • User decisions made only on the basis of website summaries without reading the issued policy and provider terms.

Important: a paid and already issued insurance policy cannot be cancelled and its payment is non-refundable, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. A refund may be reviewed only when payment was completed but the policy or another purchased product could not be issued or delivered at all. In that case, GeoCover verifies the transaction and, subject to the applicable insurer, provider and payment-method rules, returns an approved amount through the original payment method where supported. Processing time depends on the payment provider and bank; payment-processing fees may be non-refundable. To request this review, email [email protected] with the order number and payer name. A delivered eSIM is also non-refundable, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Where permitted by law, GeoCover maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

5. Privacy and data protection

GeoCover processes personal data to create orders, issue policies, deliver add-ons, process payments, provide support, recover unfinished orders and comply with legal and accounting obligations.

Data may be transferred to insurers, Unison/TPL issuing systems, payment providers, communication tools, analytics platforms and add-on providers only where needed for the service or as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All website materials, including text, graphics, logos, icons, interface design, software code, structure, databases and visual elements, belong to Georgian Express Enterprise LLC or are used under license.

Copying, scraping, modifying, distributing, republishing or using website materials for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited, except where allowed by mandatory law.

7. Prohibited actions

When using the website, the user must not:

  • Use the website or services for illegal, fraudulent, abusive or misleading purposes.
  • Submit false data, false documents, another person’s identity data without authority, or incorrect information to obtain a policy or refund.
  • Attempt to bypass pricing, payment, policy issuing, eSIM inventory or security mechanisms.
  • Introduce malware, overload the website, perform DDoS attacks, scrape data at scale or interfere with the admin or payment systems.
  • Copy website content, designs, databases or code without written permission.

8. Changes to the Terms

GeoCover may update these Terms when services, providers, payment methods, legal obligations or technical systems change. The updated version applies from publication on the website unless another date is stated.
